Still not been for a run since I got the okay to start again I have however been doing all the stretching exercisers three times a day. I was planning on getting out for a nice easy two miles yesterday, but I still have some tightness in the back of my right leg (at the top) and have to be honest I was quite scared to get out and do anything in case I make things worse. Having not run for quite a while I thought it was better to give it another day or so rather than risk another injury. Scared, sensible or lazy? You decide!
I will get out tonight regardless and do a very easy one mile loop at home and see how that feels 🙂
