2015 – Onwards and Upwards

3 Jan

Well I have a feeling that 2015 will be as good as 2014 except I’m aiming for bigger and better things in my running.

I’ve just ordered a Garmin Forerunner 410, not sure it will improve my running but it will mean I don’t have to carry a brick of a phone around pulling down my shorts every time I want to log my run.

Hoping that I can do a few more races, more training with the Middlesbrough & Cleveland Harriers and get my lazy butt to a few more parkruns and get my 50 Tee as I never managed to do as much last year as I would have liked.

So my running aims this year is to lower my parkrun pb to under 22 minutes and get my 50 tee. Would love to get my 10k time down to somewhere near the 45 minute mark  and hopefully get myself entered into a half marathon (possible Redcar). But regardless of what I achieve or don’t I just want to get out and enjoy my running especially in my new shoes 😉
