A number of firsts!

7 Jan

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here probably more to do with the fact 2016 was a terrible year more than anything else. This year is going to be better, although last year did provide us with two awesome Grand Children.

So I’ve decided that this year I’m not going to make any New Year resolutions, which to be fair have usually fallen by the wayside by now anyway. But this year I am determined to try new things or at least try things I’ve not done for a lot of years. So by the end of 2017 I want to have tried or revisited at least 12 different things. January started it off with a visit to a climbing wall with the Wife & kids which although I wasn’t keen before we went, I loved it.

I also have a few things in mind to get through before the end of the year, one been a half marathon and the other (if I can get over my fear of needles) is to give blood! I have said for years that I would go with my Dad, but as he passed away last year that’s not going to happen so I’m thinking I need to get it done.
